Throw Gujarat Giants decided to bowl versus Delhi Capitals
Gujarat Giants won the throw and chose for bowl first in their WPL match against Delhi Capitals in Bengaluru.
Harleen Deol and Sneh Rana were managed out of the Goliaths’ side through injury, with Veda Krishnamurthy and Tarannum Pathan coming in, the last option for her most memorable WPL game. Goliaths are winless since their 6th match of last season – when they beat, in all honesty, Capitals – while a success today would put Capitals level with Mumbai Indians on three dominates each from four matches in 2024.
Capitals rolled out two improvements of their own with Marizanne Kapp, who has gotten an undisclosed injury, and Minnu Mani supplanted by Annabel Sutherland and Titas Sadhu, making her WPL debut in the wake of playing seven T20Is for India.
