Notably, young talents like Shreyanka Patil and Amanjot Kaur have earned their first-ever BCCI central contracts, signaling a significant step in their burgeoning careers.

    • Shreyanka Patil, Amanjot Kaur, Titas Sadhu, Arundhati Reddy, and Uma Chetry are among the new faces securing Grade C contracts. This inclusion emphasizes the BCCI’s focus on promoting emerging talent.  
  • Top Tier Retention:
    • Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, vice-captain Smriti Mandhana, and all-rounder Deepti Sharma have retained their Grade A contracts, acknowledging their consistent and impactful performances.  
  • Grade Breakdown:
    • Grade A represents the highest tier, recognizing the most consistent performers.  
    • Grade B includes players who have consistently contributed to the team’s success.
    • Grade C features emerging talents and players who have shown promise.
  • Amanjot’s inclusion:
    • Amanjot Kaur, even after being sidelined by injury, recived a contract. This highlights the value the bcci places on her talent. Also her recent WPL emerging player of the season award has shown her talents.
